Why consider this model?
How much space?

People and cabin dimensions share one scale. The cabin outline is illustrative. The layout is an example, not the seat map of the aircraft in your quote.
Room for your luggage
5.52 m³ of baggage space.
* Approximate planning range, not a baggage allowance. Suitcase size, compartment access, weight and flight load affect what fits. We confirm your luggage for the aircraft offered.
Skis, golf bags or extra luggage?
Include the number and dimensions of bulky items in your request. Long items need a separate check.
Aircraft specifications
Legacy brochure cabin length includes service areas and the rear pressurised compartment. Finished dimensions vary with the interior; compare the floorplans as well as the numbers.
The model and its relatives
Global Express XRS
The XRS arrived in 2005 as an evolution of the Global Express. An additional fuel tank increased range, while larger windows and revised cabin arrangements improved the passenger environment.
Global Express
The original Global Express combines a long cabin with intercontinental range. Its separate seating areas remain useful today, while interior condition varies considerably between aircraft.
Global 6000
The Global 6000 offers a long cabin with distinct living areas and an aft baggage compartment. Its layout gives a group room to work and rest on an intercontinental flight.
Model historyWhere it began and how it evolved
The first Global Express established Bombardier’s long-distance platform. The XRS refined it around increased fuel capacity and changes to the passenger environment. It sits between the original aircraft and the Global 6000 in the family tree, keeping the same general size rather than introducing the much longer four-zone format of the later 7500.
The XRS arrived in 2005 as an evolution of the Global Express. An additional fuel tank increased range, while larger windows and revised cabin arrangements improved the passenger environment.
The Global 6000 later continued the same basic aircraft with a new flight deck and cabin systems. XRS and 6000 are closely related, but their equipment and operating limits are not automatically interchangeable.
Before you choose
Can I stand upright in the cabin?
A person 180 cm tall can stand at the highest part of the cabin. Space narrows towards the sides. Maximum cabin height: 1.91 m.
Will my aircraft have this exact interior?
Not necessarily. These photographs and the layout illustrate the model. We check the actual interior, seats and equipment when preparing your proposal.
