LUSTRINA JET
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 September 2026
1. Who is responsible for your data
Yevhenii Potapchuk, an individual using the Lustrina Jet brand, is the controller of personal data processed in connection with Lustrina Jet’s activities.
Address: 96 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1582, Bulgaria.
Email: charter@lustrinajet.com.
Telephone: +359 877 444 069.
In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Yevhenii Potapchuk acting under the Lustrina Jet brand.
2. Information we receive
Depending on your enquiry, we process your name, contact details, organisation and professional role, itinerary, travel preferences, correspondence and information needed to coordinate the requested service.
Information comes from you or from an agency, assistant or other authorised representative arranging travel on your behalf. An operator may also share updates relating to the coordination and arrangements for your flight.
Website use may involve processing IP addresses, browser and device information, request times and security logs. Information about cookies and similar technologies is available in our Cookies Policy and the “Cookie settings” panel.
Please do not send passport copies, payment-card details or medical documents through the initial enquiry form. If further information is needed for a flight, we will explain its purpose and how to provide it. Where possible, documents should be sent directly to the selected operator.
The flight enquiry form asks for your first and last name, email, telephone number, itinerary, dates and times, passenger and pet counts, and any additional wishes. An optional title can also be provided. To limit automated abuse, the website uses short-lived counters based on hashed IP addresses and email addresses.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use information to respond to enquiries, source flight options, prepare proposals, coordinate requested services, protect the website and meet applicable legal obligations.
Where you personally are a party to a proposed or existing contract with us, necessary information is processed to take steps at your request before entering that contract and to perform it.
Enquiries from organisation representatives and information about passengers who are not parties to our contract may be processed on the basis of legitimate interests in coordinating the requested journey. Necessary processing for website security, abuse prevention and protecting legal rights in connection with claims also relies on legitimate interests, taking account of the rights and interests of the people concerned.
Processing required by law is based on the relevant legal obligation. Consent is requested separately for optional cookies and other activities that require it.
Submitting a flight enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Health information and other special-category data are processed only where an additional legal condition is satisfied, including separate explicit consent where required.
4. Recipients
Relevant information may be shared with aircraft operators approached for your enquiry, the selected operator and the agency or representative involved in arranging your travel. Initial aircraft sourcing uses trip requirements; passport information is not requested for this initial search.
Providers of hosting, email, data storage, backups and technical support may access information as necessary. They act according to their role and the applicable contractual arrangements. Information may also be shared with professional advisers and competent authorities where there is a lawful basis.
Operators are independently responsible for processing needed to fulfil their own obligations. Their privacy notices also apply to that processing. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Arranging an international flight or using technical services may require information to be transferred to recipients outside the European Economic Area.
Before such a transfer, the applicable lawful mechanism is identified: a European Commission adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses with additional measures where necessary. Exceptions relating to contractual necessity are used only where their legal conditions are met.
Information about the relevant recipients, transfer countries and safeguards is provided in the notice for the service concerned or when arranging a transfer for a particular journey. Further information, and a copy of applicable safeguards where provided for by law, may be requested at charter@lustrinajet.com.
6. Retention
Enquiries and related correspondence are retained for as long as necessary to respond to the request, coordinate the requested service and address any related legal obligations or claims. Retention depends on the status of the enquiry, the last substantive contact and the purpose for which the information is needed.
Records and correspondence relating to completed services are retained as necessary to fulfil obligations and subsequently to the extent and for the periods required by applicable record-keeping rules and the handling of legal claims. Information not needed for these purposes is deleted earlier. The criteria are the document type, the relevant obligation and the applicable claim period.
Passenger document copies and assistance information are retained only for the transfer and coordination purpose, or where a specific legal obligation or claim requires further retention. Technical logs and backups are retained according to their security, recovery and legal purposes; relevant criteria include the age of the record, any incident under investigation and the backup replacement cycle.
Cookie and similar-technology lifetimes are shown in “Cookie settings”. Evidence of consent and the handling of data protection requests is retained only to the extent and for the period needed to demonstrate compliance with the relevant obligations and address related claims.
7. Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation, and to direct marketing at any time.
You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Please contact charter@lustrinajet.com. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month. If a lawful extension is required, we will explain it and the reasons within that first month.
You may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection at cpdp.bg or to the competent authority in the country of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement. You do not need to contact us first.
8. Providing information and security
Providing information is voluntary. Without contact details and basic trip requirements, we may be unable to handle an enquiry. The operator may require further information to arrange the flight; without it, booking or carriage may not be possible.
Information about children travelling as passengers should be provided by an appropriately authorised adult only where necessary.
We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards and restrict access to personal data. Absolute security of information transmitted over the internet cannot be guaranteed.
9. Updates
This policy is updated when the processing arrangements change. The current version and update date are published on this page.
