Last-minute charter
Last-minute charter helps you explore available private flights when your travel plans change at short notice.

Start a last-minute charter enquiry
Send the departure point, destination and number of passengers in one message. Add the earliest time you can reach the airport and the latest arrival that would still make the trip worthwhile. An urgent enquiry is easier to assess when those two limits are clear. Include the date and local time, especially if the journey crosses time zones.
Separate fixed plans from flexible ones
Explain which parts of the journey can change. You may be able to use a nearby airport, leave later or move the return flight. State these options at the start rather than after an unsuitable proposal. If you need to reach a meeting or event, give the venue address so that the onward journey is considered alongside the flight.
Aircraft availability and departure time
A last-minute charter still requires an available aircraft, crew and suitable airport arrangements. A quotation should not be read as a guarantee of immediate departure. Ask what has been confirmed and what remains subject to checks. If a connection or ground transfer depends on the flight, keep those arrangements flexible until the timing is agreed.
Keep the urgent booking brief complete
Include baggage, pets and any specific cabin needs even when time is short. An available aircraft may not suit everything you need to carry. Before confirming, review the aircraft, route, total price and conditions for changes. Choose one contact to approve the proposal and communicate updates. Avoid circulating different versions of the schedule: everyone travelling should receive the same confirmed itinerary.
