Why consider this model?
How much space?

People and cabin dimensions share one scale. The cabin outline is illustrative. The layout is an example, not the seat map of the aircraft in your quote.
Room for your luggage
4.91 m³ of baggage space.
* Indicative estimate based on published baggage volume, for medium suitcases around 65 × 45 × 25 cm. Compartment shape, door openings, baggage weight and flight load can reduce the number. We confirm your luggage for the aircraft offered.
Skis, golf bags or extra luggage?
Include the number and dimensions of bulky items in your request. Long items need a separate check.
Aircraft specifications
Planning figure; passenger load, wind, reserves and airfield conditions affect the route.
The model and its relatives
Metro 23
The Metro 23 developed the earlier Metro with a higher permitted weight and updated systems. The long, narrow fuselage remained a defining feature of the family.
Model historyWhere it began and how it evolved
The Metro family developed from Fairchild/Swearingen’s small pressurised transport aircraft into a longer commuter airliner. Its purpose was to connect regional destinations with a modest passenger load. The Metro 23 continued that practical transport line, which explains the narrow fuselage and individual seats along the aisle instead of a private-jet lounge.

Passenger and cargo versions share the basic airframe. For a group flight, check the passenger configuration and baggage allowance rather than using the payload figures of a cargo aircraft.
Before you choose
Can I stand upright in the cabin?
The cabin is lower than 180 cm, so a person of that height cannot stand fully upright. The scaled illustration shows the difference. Maximum cabin height: 1.45 m.
Will my aircraft have this exact interior?
Not necessarily. These photographs and the layout illustrate the model. We check the actual interior, seats and equipment when preparing your proposal.
