Citation CJ3
The CJ3 provides more legroom and cabin length than the CJ2. Six main seats make it a practical choice for a group that wants a light jet with useful range.

Why consider this model?
How much space?

People and cabin dimensions share one scale. The cabin outline is illustrative. The layout is an example, not the seat map of the aircraft in your quote.
Room for your luggage
1.84 m³ of baggage space.
* Indicative estimate based on published baggage volume, for medium suitcases around 65 × 45 × 25 cm. Compartment shape, door openings, baggage weight and flight load can reduce the number. We confirm your luggage for the aircraft offered.
Skis, golf bags or extra luggage?
Include the number and dimensions of bulky items in your request. Long items need a separate check.

The model and its relatives
Citation CJ3
Delivered from 2004, the CJ3 extended the CJ family with a longer fuselage and larger wing. The CJ3+ later replaced its flight deck while retaining the cabin proportions.
Citation CJ1+
The CJ1+ adds newer engine control and more speed to the compact CJ1 cabin. Four main seats remain the useful reference for a comfortable group.
Citation CJ2+
The CJ2+ combines a six-seat cabin with more range than the earlier CJ2. It is useful when a compact jet needs to cover a longer regional route.
Model historyWhere it began and how it evolved
The CJ3 continued the step-by-step growth of the CitationJet family. Compared with the CJ2, its longer cabin made room for another seating position, while a larger wing and stronger engines supported the increase in size. Cessna kept the seated-cabin format instead of turning the aircraft into a taller, heavier midsize jet.

Before you choose
Can I stand upright in the cabin?
The cabin is lower than 180 cm, so a person of that height cannot stand fully upright. The scaled illustration shows the difference. Maximum cabin height: 1.45 m.
Will my aircraft have this exact interior?
Not necessarily. These photographs and the layout illustrate the model. We check the actual interior, seats and equipment when preparing your proposal.
