Citation CJ1+
The CJ1+ suits short regional trips for around four main-cabin passengers. It keeps the CJ1’s compact club seating while improving engines and performance. A smaller party with moderate luggage makes the best use of its space.

Why consider this model?
How much space?

People and cabin dimensions share one scale. The cabin outline is illustrative. The layout is an example, not the seat map of the aircraft in your quote.
Room for your luggage
1.27 m³ of baggage space.
* Indicative estimate based on published baggage volume, for medium suitcases around 65 × 45 × 25 cm. Compartment shape, door openings, baggage weight and flight load can reduce the number. We confirm your luggage for the aircraft offered.
Skis, golf bags or extra luggage?
Include the number and dimensions of bulky items in your request. Long items need a separate check.

The model and its relatives
Citation CJ1+
The CJ1+ followed in 2005 with electronically controlled engines and updated avionics. The improvements concern operation rather than extra room for passengers.
Citation CJ2+
The CJ2+ combines a six-seat cabin with more range than the earlier CJ2. It is useful when a compact jet needs to cover a longer regional route.
Citation CJ3+
The CJ3+ retains the useful six-seat club cabin of the CJ3 with a newer flight deck. It balances regional range, cabin length and light-jet operating size.
Model historyWhere it began and how it evolved
The CJ1+ belonged to a programme of improvements across the smaller CJ models. Cessna kept the original short fuselage and concentrated on engines and cockpit systems. Electronic engine management simplified the pilots’ workload. This explains why the Plus can be more capable than a CJ1 even though the seats occupy essentially the same amount of space.

Before you choose
Can I stand upright in the cabin?
The cabin is lower than 180 cm, so a person of that height cannot stand fully upright. The scaled illustration shows the difference. Maximum cabin height: 1.45 m.
Will my aircraft have this exact interior?
Not necessarily. These photographs and the layout illustrate the model. We check the actual interior, seats and equipment when preparing your proposal.
When should I consider this model?
The CJ1+ adds newer engine control and more speed to the compact CJ1 cabin. Four main seats remain the useful reference for a comfortable group.
