G400 (2003-2004)
The original G400 suits groups needing a long, three-zone cabin for meals, work and rest on longer trips. It continues the early-2000s GIV-SP platform. This page describes that aircraft, not the new-generation G400 with the same name.

Why consider this model?
How much space?

People and cabin dimensions share one scale. The cabin outline is illustrative. The layout is an example, not the seat map of the aircraft in your quote.
Room for your luggage
4.78 m³ of baggage space.
* Indicative estimate based on published baggage volume, for medium suitcases around 65 × 45 × 25 cm. Compartment shape, door openings, baggage weight and flight load can reduce the number. We confirm your luggage for the aircraft offered.
Skis, golf bags or extra luggage?
Include the number and dimensions of bulky items in your request. Long items need a separate check.

The model and its relatives
G400 (2003-2004)
Gulfstream renamed the developed GIV-SP line as the G400 during a wider change in model names. The aircraft kept the familiar large-cabin proportions and Tay engines.
GIV
The Gulfstream IV offers a long stand-up cabin with room for separate seating groups. For this older generation, refurbishment and the actual layout are central to choosing a suitable aircraft.
GIVSP
The GIV-SP retains the long Gulfstream IV cabin with higher operating weights. It offers several seating areas and room for a larger group, with interiors ranging from original to fully refurbished.
Model historyWhere it began and how it evolved
This G400 belongs to the earlier GIV-SP generation. Gulfstream’s change in naming placed an established aircraft within its numbered range, alongside other models with different missions. It should be read in that historical context: the modern G400 that later reused the designation is a separate design.

The G450 succeeded this generation. Gulfstream later reused G400 for a new design, so the production years are essential when comparing a quote.
Before you choose
Can I stand upright in the cabin?
A person 180 cm tall can stand at the highest part of the cabin. Space narrows towards the sides. Maximum cabin height: 1.88 m.
Will my aircraft have this exact interior?
Not necessarily. These photographs and the layout illustrate the model. We check the actual interior, seats and equipment when preparing your proposal.
When should I consider this model?
This is the original G400, the early-2000s continuation of the GIV-SP. It has a long three-zone cabin and must not be confused with the much newer aircraft carrying the same name.
