The Longitude entered service in 2019 as Cessna’s larger super midsize offering. It uses the Latitude cabin cross-section with more length and a different wing and engine installation.

The Latitude established Cessna’s new wide, flat-floor cabin. The Longitude carried that idea into a longer-range aircraft, adding cabin length and using a different wing and Honeywell engines. Sharing the cabin cross-section does not make the two aircraft identical: the Longitude was developed for longer journeys, with more space for separate groups of passengers.

A person 180 cm tall can stand at the highest part of the cabin. Space narrows towards the sides. Maximum cabin height: 1.83 m.
