GIV
The Gulfstream IV offers a long stand-up cabin with room for separate seating groups. For this older generation, refurbishment and the actual layout are central to choosing a suitable aircraft.

Why consider this model?
How much space?

People and cabin dimensions share one scale. The cabin outline is illustrative. The layout is an example, not the seat map of the aircraft in your quote.
Room for your luggage
4.78 m³ of baggage space.
* Indicative estimate based on published baggage volume, for medium suitcases around 65 × 45 × 25 cm. Compartment shape, door openings, baggage weight and flight load can reduce the number. We confirm your luggage for the aircraft offered.
Skis, golf bags or extra luggage?
Include the number and dimensions of bulky items in your request. Long items need a separate check.

The model and its relatives
GIV
The GIV entered service in 1987, developing the earlier Gulfstream III with new Rolls-Royce Tay engines and a longer fuselage. Its large oval windows became a familiar feature of the fleet.
GIVSP
The GIV-SP retains the long Gulfstream IV cabin with higher operating weights. It offers several seating areas and room for a larger group, with interiors ranging from original to fully refurbished.
G400 (2003-2004)
This is the original G400, the early-2000s continuation of the GIV-SP. It has a long three-zone cabin and must not be confused with the much newer aircraft carrying the same name.
Model historyWhere it began and how it evolved
The earlier Gulfstream III continued a large-cabin jet tradition that had begun with the GII. The GIV lengthened the fuselage and introduced newer engines, creating the basis of several later models. Its descendants include the GIV-SP and original G400, as well as the more extensively revised G450.

The GIV-SP followed with higher weight limits and improved capability. Original GIV and SP aircraft can look similar outside, but their performance figures are different.
Before you choose
Can I stand upright in the cabin?
A person 180 cm tall can stand at the highest part of the cabin. Space narrows towards the sides. Maximum cabin height: 1.88 m.
Will my aircraft have this exact interior?
Not necessarily. These photographs and the layout illustrate the model. We check the actual interior, seats and equipment when preparing your proposal.
