Praetor 600
Introduced in 2019, the Praetor 600 developed the Legacy 500 with more fuel, new winglets and revised engine settings. The changes increased range without stretching the passenger cabin.
Legacy 450
A flat floor and standing headroom make the Legacy 450 feel more spacious than many smaller jets. It suits a group of seven or eight travelling medium distances.
Praetor 500
The Praetor 500 combines a flat-floor cabin with range beyond many midsize jets. Its seven-seat standard layout leaves room to move without needing a much larger aircraft.
Model historyWhere it began and how it evolved
The Legacy 500 provided the Praetor 600’s flat-floor, stand-up cabin. Embraer extended the aircraft’s reach instead of enlarging that interior, using fuel-system and aerodynamic changes. This made the Praetor a longer-distance development of an existing business-jet platform, rather than an airliner conversion like the earlier large Legacies.
Introduced in 2019, the Praetor 600 developed the Legacy 500 with more fuel, new winglets and revised engine settings. The changes increased range without stretching the passenger cabin.
The later 600E updates the cabin experience. The original 600 remains a separate choice, and extra seats beyond the standard eight can involve divans or auxiliary positions.
