Why consider this model?
How much space?

People and cabin dimensions share one scale. The cabin outline is illustrative. The layout is an example, not the seat map of the aircraft in your quote.
Room for your luggage
3.26 m³ of baggage space.
* Approximate planning range, not a baggage allowance. Suitcase size, compartment access, weight and flight load affect what fits. We confirm your luggage for the aircraft offered.
Skis, golf bags or extra luggage?
Include the number and dimensions of bulky items in your request. Long items need a separate check.
Aircraft specifications
Planning figure; passenger load, wind, reserves and airfield conditions affect the route.
The model and its relatives
Challenger 604
The 604 succeeded the 601 in the mid-1990s. More fuel, updated engines and changes to the wing and landing gear increased its capability without abandoning the family’s wide cabin.
Challenger 601
A wide-cabin business jet with several long-range versions. The 601 combines generous shoulder room with a conventional private-jet layout; the exact version determines its range.
Challenger 605
A wide-cabin Challenger with larger windows and a refreshed passenger environment. The 605 is a practical choice when cabin space matters as much as flight distance.
Model historyWhere it began and how it evolved
The 601 series developed the original Challenger through several versions. The 604 was the next substantial step, using more fuel capacity and revised systems to extend the role of the same broad cabin. Its place in the family is therefore a performance evolution of an established large-cabin design, rather than a new cabin size.
The 604 succeeded the 601 in the mid-1990s. More fuel, updated engines and changes to the wing and landing gear increased its capability without abandoning the family’s wide cabin.
The Challenger 605 later replaced it with a refreshed interior and larger windows. A refurbished 604 can look very different from its original delivery specification.
Before you choose
Can I stand upright in the cabin?
