Citation CJ4 GEN2
The CJ4 Gen2 combines light-jet speed and range with updated seating, lighting and easier cabin access. It suits regional business or family trips for a group needing more seats than the smallest CJs. The cabin remains below standing height.

Why consider this model?
How much space?

People and cabin dimensions share one scale. The cabin outline is illustrative. The layout is an example, not the seat map of the aircraft in your quote.
Room for your luggage
2.18 m³ of baggage space.
* Indicative estimate based on published baggage volume, for medium suitcases around 65 × 45 × 25 cm. Compartment shape, door openings, baggage weight and flight load can reduce the number. We confirm your luggage for the aircraft offered.
Skis, golf bags or extra luggage?
Include the number and dimensions of bulky items in your request. Long items need a separate check.

The model and its relatives
Citation CJ4 GEN2
Textron introduced Gen2 in 2021. The update focused on the passenger cabin, including new seat options and skylights in the rear lavatory.
Citation CJ1+
The CJ1+ adds newer engine control and more speed to the compact CJ1 cabin. Four main seats remain the useful reference for a comfortable group.
Citation CJ2+
The CJ2+ combines a six-seat cabin with more range than the earlier CJ2. It is useful when a compact jet needs to cover a longer regional route.
Model historyWhere it began and how it evolved
The original CJ4 had already introduced a different wing and higher performance to the CJ range. Gen2 concentrated on what passengers touch and see: the entrance, seats, lighting and cabin controls. This was a cabin-generation change, so its place in the family is best understood as a more comfortable CJ4, rather than a longer aircraft.

Before you choose
Can I stand upright in the cabin?
The cabin is lower than 180 cm, so a person of that height cannot stand fully upright. The scaled illustration shows the difference. Maximum cabin height: 1.45 m.
Will my aircraft have this exact interior?
Not necessarily. These photographs and the layout illustrate the model. We check the actual interior, seats and equipment when preparing your proposal.
When should I consider this model?
The CJ4 Gen2 adds improved cabin details to the range and speed of the CJ4. Revised seating, lighting and entry steps make the difference more noticeable on board than from outside.
