421C
The 421C Golden Eagle provides a pressurised cabin in a piston twin. It suits regional journeys where a cabin with facing seats is useful but jet speed is unnecessary.

Why consider this model?
How much space?

People and cabin dimensions share one scale. The cabin outline is illustrative. The layout is an example, not the seat map of the aircraft in your quote.
Room for your luggage
2.38 m³ of baggage space.
* Indicative estimate based on published baggage volume, for medium suitcases around 65 × 45 × 25 cm. Compartment shape, door openings, baggage weight and flight load can reduce the number. We confirm your luggage for the aircraft offered.
Skis, golf bags or extra luggage?
Include the number and dimensions of bulky items in your request. Long items need a separate check.
Aircraft specifications
Reference range at 60% power and 25,000 ft with standard fuel and a 45-minute reserve. The quoted cruise speed uses a higher power setting.
The model and its relatives
421C
The C version arrived in 1976 with a revised wing and fuel system. Geared Continental engines allowed relatively low propeller speeds, a distinctive feature of the Golden Eagle family.
Model historyWhere it began and how it evolved
The Golden Eagle family offered a pressurised piston twin with a separate passenger cabin. Its geared engines reduced propeller speed, helping distinguish it from many other piston aircraft. The 421C was a later development of that concept, revising the wing and fuel arrangement while preserving the cabin-class touring role.

Later aircraft gained trailing-link main landing gear. Production ended in 1985, so the condition and refurbishment of each cabin matter more than the original interior specification.
Before you choose
Can I stand upright in the cabin?
The cabin is lower than 180 cm, so a person of that height cannot stand fully upright. The scaled illustration shows the difference. Maximum cabin height: 1.29 m.
Will my aircraft have this exact interior?
Not necessarily. These photographs and the layout illustrate the model. We check the actual interior, seats and equipment when preparing your proposal.
