Model historyWhere it began and how it evolved
The G650 entered service in 2012 with a new, wider cabin and high cruising speed. Gulfstream introduced the extended-range G650ER in 2014.
The ER carries more fuel and extends the maximum range to 7,500 nautical miles. It keeps the G650 cabin, so the main passenger benefit is the ability to fly farther without a fuel stop rather than extra cabin space.
Production of the G650 family ended in 2025. These aircraft continue to serve long-distance travel. When selecting one, compare sleeping arrangements, connectivity and the age of its interior as well as range.

Can I stand upright in the cabin?
A person 180 cm tall can stand at the highest part of the cabin. Space narrows towards the sides. Maximum cabin height: 1.91 m.
