Citation II
The Citation II adds cabin length to the original Citation design. It is an older light-jet option for a group that needs more seats on a short route.

Why consider this model?
How much space?

People and cabin dimensions share one scale. The cabin outline is illustrative. The layout is an example, not the seat map of the aircraft in your quote.
Room for your luggage
2.09 m³ of baggage space.
* Indicative estimate based on published baggage volume, for medium suitcases around 65 × 45 × 25 cm. Compartment shape, door openings, baggage weight and flight load can reduce the number. We confirm your luggage for the aircraft offered.
Skis, golf bags or extra luggage?
Include the number and dimensions of bulky items in your request. Long items need a separate check.
Aircraft specifications
Takeoff weight shown is for later production aircraft. Earlier examples can have lower limits; range also depends on passenger load and reserves.
The model and its relatives
Citation II
Introduced in 1978, the Citation II used a longer fuselage and larger wing than the Citation I. The later Bravo modernised this branch of the family with new engines.
Citation Bravo
The Bravo provides a seven- or eight-seat light-jet cabin with separate baggage storage. It is a useful regional option when cabin practicality matters more than outright speed.
Citation Ultra
The Ultra combines a relatively long light-jet cabin with good cruise speed. Its narrow aisle and low ceiling remain those of a compact jet, despite the extra seating length.
Model historyWhere it began and how it evolved
The Citation II answered demand for more room than the original Citation could provide. Cessna lengthened the cabin, increased the wing and fitted more powerful engines while retaining the straight-wing layout. It was an important intermediate step: the later Bravo modernised this size of aircraft, while the Citation V carried the stretch concept further.

Before you choose
Can I stand upright in the cabin?
The cabin is lower than 180 cm, so a person of that height cannot stand fully upright. The scaled illustration shows the difference. Maximum cabin height: 1.45 m.
Will my aircraft have this exact interior?
Not necessarily. These photographs and the layout illustrate the model. We check the actual interior, seats and equipment when preparing your proposal.
