Why consider this model?
How much space?

People and cabin dimensions share one scale. The cabin outline is illustrative. The layout is an example, not the seat map of the helicopter in your quote.
Room for your luggage
1.05 m³ of baggage space.
* Indicative estimate based on published baggage volume, for medium suitcases around 65 × 45 × 25 cm. Compartment shape, door openings, baggage weight and flight load can reduce the number. We confirm your luggage for the aircraft offered.
Skis, golf bags or extra luggage?
Include the number and dimensions of bulky items in your request. Long items need a separate check.
Helicopter specifications
Helicopter range is a planning reference and may be quoted without fuel reserves. Passenger weight, baggage, landing-site conditions and required reserves determine the usable route.
The model and its relatives
430
The 430 entered service in 1996 as a development of the Bell 230. A four-blade rotor, longer cabin and updated engines were its main changes.
429
The Bell 429 combines a flat-floor cabin with wide doors and a substantial rear baggage area. It is a practical twin-engine option for private and business transfers.
Model historyWhere it began and how it evolved
The Bell 222 and later 230 had established a streamlined twin-engine family with retractable landing gear. The 430 continued it with a longer cabin and a different main rotor. The extra length made room for more passenger positions, while the four-blade rotor was a major departure from its predecessors. It remained distinct from Bell’s smaller skid-equipped helicopters.

Before you choose
Can I stand upright in the cabin?
The cabin is lower than 180 cm, so a person of that height cannot stand fully upright. The scaled illustration shows the difference. Maximum cabin height: 1.30 m.
Will my helicopter have this exact interior?
Not necessarily. These photographs and the layout illustrate the model. We check the actual interior, seats and equipment when preparing your proposal.
