Details that help us understand the request

Tell us whether you need a one-way flight, a return or several stops. For a return journey, include both dates. If you must arrive before a meeting or onward connection, give that deadline as well as your preferred departure time. Specify the local time at each point.

Next, describe your luggage and any larger items, such as skis or a folding pushchair. Mention children, pets and any assistance passengers require. These details can affect the aircraft choice, so it is useful to include them from the start.

If your plans are still flexible

You can contact Lustrina Jet before every detail is fixed. Explain which dates, times or nearby airports you could consider. Also say when you expect to make a decision. This separates an initial enquiry from a request for a specific flight.

A preferred aircraft model is helpful, but you can instead describe what matters in the cabin. For example, you may need space to work, a particular baggage capacity or sleeping arrangements. The proposed aircraft must be checked against those requirements.
