1. About Lustrina Jet

Lustrina Jet is the brand under which Yevhenii Potapchuk assists clients in sourcing private charter options and coordinating arrangements with aircraft operators.

Lustrina Jet is not a separate legal entity, does not operate aircraft and does not provide air transportation.

2. Enquiries and Bookings

Information on this website is provided for preliminary guidance. Aircraft descriptions, photographs and specifications may differ from those of the particular aircraft offered for a flight.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking or a payment obligation. Aircraft availability, pricing and booking confirmation are subject to the operator's acceptance and the conditions stated in the written quotation and charter agreement.

3. Contracts and Payments

The charter agreement is concluded directly between the aircraft operator and the client or their authorised agency.

Payment for the flight is made directly to the operator in accordance with that agreement. Lustrina Jet does not receive or hold funds intended to pay for air transportation.

4. Pricing and Additional Charges

The written quotation sets out the price, applicable conditions and any exclusions or potential additional charges.

No separate fee is payable by the client to Lustrina Jet unless expressly agreed in advance.

Changes to the itinerary or schedule, additional services and costs arising during the preparation or operation of the flight may affect the final amount where provided for in the operator's agreement.

5. Responsibilities

The aircraft operator is responsible for performing the flight and for operational and safety decisions under the charter agreement and applicable law.

The client is responsible for providing accurate booking and passenger information, ensuring that passengers hold the required travel documents, making payment on time and complying with the agreed booking conditions.

6. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

Changes, cancellations and refunds are governed by the operator's agreement and applicable law.

Lustrina Jet may assist with communication but cannot guarantee an outcome on the operator's behalf.

Empty leg offers depend on the aircraft's underlying schedule. Availability, departure times and cancellation conditions must be checked before booking.

7. Personal Data

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and similar technologies is described in our Cookies Policy.

8. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law, subject to mandatory legal provisions and consumer rights that cannot be waived by agreement.

The law applicable to air transportation and the procedure for resolving related disputes are determined separately in the operator's agreement.
